Verner Panton (Copenhagen, 1926 - Basel, 1998). Considered as one of the greatest designers of our century. If at first his interests were directed towards painting, he then shifted his attention towards architecture. Travel around Europe to learn about international design. He returns to Sweden where he shows great eccentricity and gives life to a new concept of design. He creates very innovative works such as the "Panton Chair", a chair created with a single sheet of plastic. From the beginning he was not accepted by critics who considered his works as madness, but this did not intimidate him, on the contrary it encouraged him to reinvent objects, in perfect balance with the entire environment.
