Carlo Rizzetti Biography
Born in 1969 in Brussels - Belgium, he is an exponent of Cracking Art. The international Cracking Art group was born on 30 May 1993 with the signing of the "end of the millennium" manifesto, a manifesto which establishes its philosophy and intentions. Ideologist and founder of the movement is Omar Ronda (1947 – Biella / Italy) and signatories of the document: William Sweetlowe (1948 – Ostend / Belgium), Renzo Nucara (1955 – Crema / Italy), Marco Veronese (1962 – Biella / Italy), Alex Angi (1965 – Cannes / France ), Carlo Rizzetti (1969 Brussels / Belgium ), Kicco (1969 Biella / Italy). Since the first "EPOCALE" exhibition in Milan in 1993, curated by Tommaso Trini and Luca Beatrice, the group's intention to radically change the history of art through a strong social and environmental commitment and the revolutionary and innovative use of different plastic materials and evocative of an increasingly close relationship between natural life and artificial reality.
