The three architects worked at Le Corbusier's studio in Paris, during which they developed a new urban plan for Buenos Aires (never realized). Grupo Austral has promoted an idea of ​​architecture in which each building is considered both as a form of individual expression and as part of a broader potential urban development, aimed at improving people's living conditions. Despite the short duration of the collective, Grupo Austral managed to design a piece of furniture that has become iconic: the Farfalla chair, characterized by its lightness and practicality.
