Giuseppe Desiato (Naples, 1935) In the 1960s he collaborated with the artistic magazine Linea Sud, and in those years he was also part of the Continuum group. Since its inception, it has stood out for its profoundly transgressive activity, which often consists of creating, destroying and burying small sculptures made of veils, flowers, images of women's faces or other things. One of the most prominent performances was that of Basel in 1974, where he involved Charlotte Moorman, stripped her and covered her with veils, flowers and lights, under the gaze of Hermann Nitsch (forefather of Viennese actionism). Most of his works they have been destroyed and therefore the photographic documentation of his happenings is very important.
