Pepi Merisio (Caravaggio, 1931) is an Italian photographer and photojournalist. Already appreciated since the mid-1950s for his collaborations with the Touring Club Italiano and the magazines Camera, Réalité, Photo, Maxima, Pirelli Look, Famiglia Cristiana, Stern, Paris Match, in 1962 he became a professional photographer. In the same period he began his collaboration with Epoca, then the most important Italian rotogravure for which, in 1964, he published the reportage Una giorno col Papa, dedicated to Pope Paul VI.
