A terracotta mortar with handles in the shape of upside-down heads, decorated on the body with phytomorphic and palmette motifs, bearing cartouches on the front and back
Signed and dated "Barborini Parma 1781" and dedicated to "Giambatta Pizzetti". Domenico Barborini was a well-known foundryman in the Parma area in the 70s and 80s of the 18th century.
