Monogram and dated 1504 in plate upper on the banner. At the back it shows in pencil: "1889 and inventory number 258". The work is probably a postmortem edition by Albrecht Durer, filigree and vergellatura are not clearly visible, as the engraving has been glued.
For comparison see the versions preserved at National Gallery of Art, Washington; Met Museum, New York; Musée du Louvre, Collection Edmond de Rothschild, inv. 16652.
