Christ has at his sides the Madonna and St. John, above is God the Blessing Father, below is the skull of Adam. On the back are the following engravings: the cup of Eucharistic communication; the pitcher with bread and wine; the instruments of the passion, the column of the scourging and the ladder with which Christ was hoisted on the cross; the dove symbol of the Holy Spirit. The orthodox crucifix is ​​easily recognisable by the four nails, in fact both the feet of Christ have nails through them, unlike the Catholic crucifixes in which the overlapping feet are pierced with a single nail.
