One of the most distinctive personalities of the Moravian Baroque, Georg Anton Heinz was born in Svitavy and linked his name and his production mainly to three places, Olomouc, Uničov and Znojmo. His works include individual sculptures and entire groups, both in wood and stucco, for various ecclesiastical buildings. For a comparison, see the Saint Margaret of Antioch in carved and partially gilt wood, datable to around 1755, in the Church of the Holy Cross in Znojmo.
